Job description:a small granny annexe and coservatory at back/side of house comprising of bedsitting room,shower room and kitchen area.The main room will hopefully be about 18ft by 11ft.Conservatory approx 7ft by 11ft.Needs all building work,roofing,plumbing and electrics.Plans sent to council,awaiting their decisionbut if passed would like to start work late January 2007.
