Job description:Remove chimney. Remove wall between two bedrooms to make one. Prepare structural aperture for patio doors onto balcony (4.8m wide). Stud walls for fitted wardrobes. Install new ensuite with new window. Install new bathroom suite. Fit new boiler, hot water cylinder, pump & radiators. Remove units & 2 walls in kitchen. Install structural steel box frames x 2(3m wide x 2.4m high). Prepare structural aperture for patio doors onto patio (5.5m wide). Build new chimney breast for gas fire. Stud partitions x 2 for pocket doors. New aperture for door from kitchen into garage. New structural aperture for front door and sidelights. Fit front door & garage door. Remove old cloakroom fittings & wall between that room & study. Extend into garage to widen hall & add new cloakroom. Fit sanitary ware in cloakroom. Remove old front door & infill wall with 3 windows & blockwork. Replace stairs bannister, skirting & architrave. Provide new wire connections for downlighters, sockets,etc throughout 4 bedroom house. Skim ceilings. Fit new internal doors. Decorate.
