Aint hall and staircase, new coving in lounge, box in pipes in utility room in Tilehurst

Job description:Painting hall and tall stairway in neutral colour. Paint woodwork of stairs as well. Maybe paint landing and bedroom doors, but this will be price dependent. Also need new coving in lounge so if you can do this too that would be good. Need pipes boxing in utitility roon, and a small amount of plastering in utility room too - please let me know if you can also do this. This work needs doing before house goes on market to sell.
