Job description:Quotes required for a very straightforward 2 story house extension which will replace existing garage and timber built room above it. Extension includes a garage and utility room on the ground floor, two bedrooms on the first floor and a tile roof. I only want a price for a weather proof shell for now to include destruction/removal of existing structure, foundations, drains, walls, external doors and windows, roof. The internal finishing is not to be included, so no flooring, studding, plastering, plumbing, electrics etc.. Prices for all or part of build considered. Tie in the existing house is minimal, in fact, it's virtually nothing.
