*URGENT* URGENT WORK - WILLING TO PAY £250+ MORE ON TOP OF ESTIMATE IF YOU FINISH BY FRIDAY 27th MAY in Tilehurst

Job description:I am WILLING to pay an EXTRA £250+ (on top of the estimate) if my work can be completed by FRIDAY 27th MAY. That means EVERYTHING has to be completed and you will be walking out with a further £250+ in your hand (£250 is guranteed - If I like the work you have done I can increase it as well!). I really need people that can do ALL of the below - I am sure you lot can! Nothing major about it! I will be even more happy if you can tile as I need a tiler at the end of the below... The story of this is that I have had some builders round since JANUARY doing major renovations in my house. Due to them moving onto other jobs (and making excuses to me countless times) and failing countless times in finishing my job I have decided to scrap them and they have lost the money on this job and a double loft conversion and driveway that I will get done in the future. Anyway, the work I want done is as below (IT IS ALL MINOR WORK - just seems like a lot!) - I can even get most of it finished but need a professional touch :-) 1. They took all my chimneys out in January and I have asked them a million times to get the loft chimney stack supported by metal/steel brackets and lintel (or whatever it is) - but, they have STILL not done it. So, a minor job of putting a bracket and steel thing in the chimney in the loft. 2. As the work they did involved extending part of my house at the back then they found that they had to put new supports in the ceiling - they have plastered over it but it needs sanding down so when the painter comes and paints over it it looks clean and smooth. My wife can even do this so it is a nothing job. 3. They built a brick barbecue and I just need the barbecue to be extended up and a small chimney stack done to finish it - best to come round and I will explain it. Most of it is completed but I need the top finished (to make it look good) and also they made a side table - I need a stone tablet to fall into it. Something that looks good. 4. This is probably the only thing that may take a bit of time to get - I need a Window to be put it. I have constantly asked the builders to get the window but, as always I get lies thrown in my face. So, I just need a Window to be ordered and fitted - it is a large size and I know how much it costs. 5. There is about 2-3 meters (if not that) of skirting to be put on. I have the skirting - just need it to be put on. Simple job. 6. I have had a electrician round and he has decided to put bullet holes in the plaster board so he can track a wire down - just need them filling up. Again, simple enough. The electrician would not have needed to do that if the builder had been competent enough to get the work done fine in the first place. 7. I need a wooden fence and gate to be put up. They re-built my patio and with my 3 kids causing mayhem in the garden they could fall down the gap of the patio. It is literally a very VERY small fence and gate - nothing major at all. 8. They have done 99% of the guttering - just need two down pipes to be put on. 9. Sanding of some decking they made also needs to be done - again, nothing major there. 10. The courtyard of the stairs where the patio meets need a small stopping plate to go on. Hard to explain - best to come round and I will explain. 11. Some (about 3-4) patio tiles have come lose a bit and need to have concreate poured down them again. 12. The path way they made needs to have sand put into it. I think it needs it a couple of times as they did it twice and the sand has all fallen out. 13. They put in two velux windows (they are actually not velux but from Selco's that look like velux ones). Anyway, they are leaking and the builder said that "the flashing kit needs to be put on them". Literally a 30min job he said and that includes putting on 10 tiles next to it. 14. Some rendering needs to be done and painting if possible in a stony colured paint. 15. The front of the house needs re-pointing - the builder said it is such a small area it will only take half a day. 16. Two exisitng windows need new locks and one of them has a rubbish draft thing that has lost its draft cover so need the cover to be replaced. 17. The kitchen needs to have latex put on the floor so when the tiler comes he can tile on the floor perfectly. 18. A general clean up of the patio. Think that about covers it. It seems like a lot but i can reassure you it is all minor work aside form putting in the window I guess. It will take a experienced person probably 2-3 days and thats it. I need someone who can do it all and not talk rubbish to my face like the other builders. I will be SO HAPPY if you can finish it before FRIDAY that I might even extend the £250 offer further!
