Job description:We are buying a detached house, which will have a small main bedroom, and no en suite. With the garage outside the side of the house, and below the side window of the main bedroom we would seem to have the opportunity to build over the garage, and knock through the wall to create a larger room with space for the en suite. We are currently after a rough idea of how much this will cost so we can apply for the additional required funds from our bank.
