Job description:We hope to build a two storey extension at the back of house, pipework for bathroom will need moving to new bathroom, which will be put in one half of existing room, which will be split in two, Corridor to be put into current second bedroom for access to new back bedroom. Current downstairs bathroom turning into Cloakroom and utility room. main concern is whether Toilets can be moved and how easy it would be to move plumbing, install a conversion heater and take out immersion heater and tank to make way for corridor upstairs. It will be a pitched roof, adding to a shalet style roof. Down stairs toilet has its own sloping roof, hope to keep walls, Back access and side access, no problem for skip/ soil extraction and equipment. 1950's ex-council house, very solid. Require qoute and advice on plans.
