To be completed to a robust quality but basic standard using commodity type products to keep costs down as target market would be rental per month of c £350. To be stripped down to a bare internal shell. Perhaps reconfigure internal walls. New double glazing and external doors, new cavity inulation. To be rewired. Boiler and radiator installation. Kitchen installation, bathroom installation, new ceilings, walls to be plastered. Skirtings to be installed.
