Convert bedroom into 2 in Spotland and Falinge

Job description:I have bedroom 15ft 9 x 10ft 6 and want it made into 2 bedrooms as it originally was. The window would have to come out and be replaced with 2 and the same with the radiator, new door and casing fitted whilst the other bedroom would have to have the door and casing moved. Also the Combi boiler needs replacing, the bathroom window removed and a smaller one in its place,
