Job description:tenanted propert adjoining. Landlord refusing to make good damage on my side of property. Require opinion as to what the problem is and what side it is coming from, what might be required to reslove it, where the problem is arising from and written estimate for repair to damage please. Outdoor building neighbouring are old coal store & outside toilet no olnger in use. Roof tiles no longer there, corrugated makeshift roof in place.
