Job description:When the house was originally built, the first floor had an external balcony. This was converted into an extension to the kitchen by placing a wooden window frame structure around it along with plastic panel roof. Unfortunately the wooden frame is now rotting and needs replacing. However we want to have a permanent structure in place to match the rest of the building. Work includes: Removing existing wooden structure. Building new structure with bricks and stone. Proper tiled roof required to match existing roof. Windows and French doors required. Extending entrance by removing part of kitchen wall. Render finish Radiator, lights and plastering required. We are also considering having a porch built at the front of the house but would like to have a quote for the kitchen build on its own and then a quote for both kitchen and porch work together. Ideal start date: Jul/Aug 2012
