Job description:Flat needs updating and renovation including: New kitchen (& removal of tiles and a sink unit) New bathroom (removal of tiles and existing suite) New consumer unit/fusebox (quote for full rewire also needed) Removal of fireplace Removal of fitted cupboards (mostly wooden, one breeze block) Grounds work - removal of two dilapidated sheds and replacement, tree planting There's also some optional work I would like a quote for including new boiler, underfloor heating in bathroom, ceiling plastering and new kitchen/bathroom flooring. Ideally we would like to work with one major contractor for the job, but will consider working with one or two specialists where needed. We would like quotes asap and to start work soon after, to be completed by mid-March. Thanks!
