Job description:Our Boiler which sits under the stairs downstairs has spilt out a load of oil which has seeped under the carpets and soaked into the floorboards. The oil leak has been fixed but we need: 1) The old floorboards taken up 2) New floorboards put down. The room is about 5x4meters with a spiral staircase in the corner. The floorboards look like a type of chipboard. Many thanks
