Job description:In my kitchen, my side wall has a door which leads to my stairs and below the stairs there are steps to go into my cellar. At the moment the cellar stairs are covered with a hatch, what I want to do is remove the hatch and have a stood wall put up and plastered and also a door fitted so I have easy acess to my cellar and the door for my stairs I want to have that and what I think is a stood wall removed and a banister fitted in its place. Also outside I'd like a breezblock building with electrics running from my cellar to it and rendering, I would also prefer the roof to be tiled.
