Brickwork for single storey extension in Rotherham West

Job description:I want to add a single storey room 10ft x 12ft approx to the side of the house, with front and back window, self built one a couple of years ago but don't have time at present. Will supply all materials and foundations will be ready, just need brickwork up to wallplate level and finish job myself after knocking through, elecs, floor, roof etc etc) Have 2 sons willing to help with labour to speed job up. will submit plans and building regs on receipt of suitable quote for job. prefer quote for brickwork rather than a daily rate. (just regular house bricks 1930's semi) hoping to get started asap.
