Job description:I am planning a one storey extension on the side of my house to increase the size of my kitchen. I will also be having the existing kitchen taken out, the room replastered etc, and a new kitchen fitted. I think the extension will be approx 2m x 4m in size. I don't think I need planning permission but I need advice on this, as well some quotes. I am looking at having the work done in April, May or June this year.
