Job description:Extension ( approx 8ft out by approx 15ft across ) required on rear of detached bungalow. new French doors installation for future conservatory but use of one of the existing windows as they are fairly new. Dormer bedroom installed with seperate ensuite. Plumbing and electrics required as usual. I have a joiner who can handle all wood work including the staircase and I can plaster so mainly brickwork and roofing required.

Budget:£15,000 - £30,000
