Job description:Replace conservatory with a sun lounge extension. Existing conservatorywhich has dwarf wall in brick and polycarb roof etc and we want to replace it with a more permanent sun lounge/ extension to the house. Inside measurements 3 x 3.2 mtrs approx. Existing tiled floor will be retained. New room to have double brick dwarf wall, tiled roof and 2 velux windows. One wall will be all brick, another wall is the house wall, then there will be one side with a single door and windows. The remaining side will be windows over the dwarf wall.
