Digging down to foundations on an outside wall to insert damp proof membrane. in Central
Needed: Builder in Central, S2

Job description:One wall of my end terrace house adjoins the garden of a neighbour. That garden is a metre above floor level in my house, so earth is pressing against the walls of my living space. Damp is now bad and palliative attempts ('electrolysis' in 1990; tanking in 2000) have been useless. I think the garden needs to be dug up to allow a proper waterproof membrane to protect the wall of my house from the wet earth.
Budget:I'm not sure
