Cellar damp-proofing in Crookes

Job description:Our cellar (approx 13ftx13ft) has previously been tanked -- there is a concrete slab and some kind of render on the walls. This is now starting to fail; the render is crumbling off and damp is starting to show through where the walls meet the floor and through some parts of the floor. We require advice to the level of work required -- whether this is a repair or a complete re-waterproofing. We don't need the cellar converting into living space -- we just want to continue using the cellar for storage, and to house a freezer and tumble drier as it does currently.
