Job description:I'd like a quote for three pieces of work: 1. plumb the ensuite in the attic - shower & bath & loo and plaster the room. 2. put a window in the wall in the landing - we have building regs approval of plans which include this. It's a new opening - so needs a lintel. 3. put a lintel across and take out the structural wall between the lounge & dining room - again this is included in the building regs approval we have. Thanks
