Job description:Timber porch sitting upon brick support wall and a concrete base with a flat felt roof - that requires a complete replacement of the felt roof and the timber that the windows are held in place with and the cills. The door measurements my change as I am looking to change to a composit door - but at this stage looking for advice and approx cost. Just one more thing I should meant other than the porch is currently over twenty years old is that the porch currently the measurements are; 2m length across the wall where the front door is, the sides are just approx 1 m in size and its approx 2.2m in height... Its not a precise set of measurements but I need to see how much i have to set aside to cover the cost.
