Job description:just bought a house, 3 bedroom terraced, date from 1900, needs work: roof to be fixed; attic room needs reconfigurating+ needs a velux, recladding of dormer window; improve sub floor ventilation, in the cellar some wet rot was found, some joists will need replacing, cellar needs tanking; in corner dining room, approx 4sq meter of damp salt contaminated plaster, needs sorting out; we also want a quote for wood burner installation; advice and quote on flooring; advice and quote on fixing the summer house;
