Job description:we are in the process of buying a house and have just had the home buyers report, which recommends some work, please can i have a quote for. the chimney needs the flue capped and ventilated. some of the edge roof tiles need re bedding. some of the roof felt underlay needs repair there are some cracks in the masonry which need repairing the small roof canopy needs re dressing if you need to visit the property the current occupant is happy to arrange a time with you directly. please get in touch if you would like more information.
