Insurance repair to Bathroom from water damage in Central

Job description:Full insurance repair/replacement because of water damage from upstairs neighbours to a newly fitted tonge and grove ceiling in a bathroom roughly 2 by 3.5 meters. Full sound proofing above to be replaced and electrics checked in light fittings. There is also possible damage to one wall of the walk in shower as the grout is cracking, this will also need quoting for once seen - regrouting or tile replacement? This is covered under buildings insurance and two quotes are required prior to work being carried out.
