Strip back part of rear flat roof to put lintel in. Felt, batten, insulate, tile new roof. Guttering/pipes. Windows & Doors (external & internal) - 6 external upvc double glazed external windows install. 1 external upvc double glazed door install. Internal alterations/construction - 5 wood doors install. Remove 3 windows & block. Plumbing & Electrics - 1 electrical power unit install. 6 radiators install. 3 extractor fans install. 7 light feeds/rose install. 14 double power points install.
