Job description:1-bed basement flat, Victorian conversion (living room/kitchen/bathroom/hallway/bedroom) damp treatment (whole flat) internal reconfiguration, doorways need moving, part removal of interior supporting wall, associated electrical work, central heating already installed but boiler and radiators would need to be removed to allow work, then reinstated, building of internal partition and some carpentry work (cupboards etc) in living room complete replacement of bathroom - new suite, re-plasterboard, re-tiling, new floor/ceiling, move door and reconfigure layout quote also required for larger (possibly separate depending on budget and permission) job which may need planning permission (possible resiting of front door/construction of porch) and carpentry work/plumbing in kitchen
