Job description:I am about to obtain my new property. It is a 3-bed end terrace. I want a builder to help me do an extension to this property. This will be a single storey side extension to the ground floor with measurements 8.5 foot width by 20 foot length approx. In this extension there will be two rooms. One reception at thr front and a bathroom at the back. I would like an overall estimate of the cost of this side extension including labour and materials. At this stage I will accept a general estimate. Also, how long would this take from start to finish approximately. Thank you for your help.
