Job description:Single story extension with pitched roof to the side of a 4 bed house. Planning permission obtained and valid until Aug 07. Approx area = 3.2m x 10m = 30m2. Extension will comprise a single garage/utility to the front of the property and a kitchen to the rear. Windows to side and rear aspect of the kitchen required and maybe a stable back-door. If this option is taken then existing back door will require bricking up to window height and the adjacent existing window made larger. A small vent window will be required to the side aspect of the garage. Garage to have up-and-over door. Job will be to plan, build, plumb, wire and plaster finish ready for decorating. Some continuation of the plasterwork will be required to homogenise the extenstion to the existing kitchen. Outside bricks and tiles to match existing house. An optional brick-built arched alcove for an Arga Cooker with concrete plinth may be considered with thought given to flue ducting to the side aspect.
