Job description:Looking at buying a house that would need an extension. Remove existing external wall into new kitchen measuring 3.5x3.4m. Adjacent to kitchen will be a utility and shower room. An upstairs bedroom will be on top of this. Additionally a playroom adjacent to the kitchen measuring 3.5x2.4m. Just need an idea on cost, guess on the next page but I have no idea on costings yet. The extension would need the usual windows, doors, heating, lighting etc. I have copies of previous planning documents which would be very similar to what we are after which I could email for a more accurate quote.
