Job description:I need an experienced builder who specializes in extensions. I do not have plans drawn up but know exactly what I want and can drawn up plans together with the appointed builder. I need to know things like 'can a drain cover be removed ?' Also how many metres can you extend before you need planning permission? There are extensions on the same road so I don't think there will be any problems.Please contact me asap.
