Job description:2nd floor flat, shower unit has been leaking. Hallway floorboards rotten and not sure about the rest of the surrounding area. Buildings Insurance should cover it (maybe) Need local builder or two to quote to have it all fixed up. Insurance assessors coming in on the 6th Jan. Will need the work done in last two weeks of Jan as off on holiday from work so will be around. Therefore need quotes done ASAP so I can get authorisation for work to be undertaken. Not sure on Budget as Insurance would pay cost.

Budget:Under £8,000
