Build short Stud Wall and internal FD30 fire door in Portswood

Job description:I have a 1st Floor flat in Highfields (built 2003), currently has 2 bedroom and a large lounge/diner, there is a partition wall between the lounge and diner with a 5ft wide opening. I need the following work carried out : 1) Build a partition wall (stud wall) onto the existing wall to close off the opening with skirt to match existing. 2) Install a fire door (same as other rooms) in the new stud wall, door to be FD30 std, 6 Panel design, white, size of door to be 1981H x 836W x 44mm. Fire seal only is required. Door Lock, handle and door closer is to be provide as I need these to match other doors. Minor electrical work is also required - to move the light switch for the lounge (currently 7 ft away in Hallway) to new stud wall. New wall with skirt & door to be primed painted only.
