Job description:I am looking for a 3m x 6.75m extension spanning the rear of the house. Existing load bearing wall to be removed for a distance of 4.5 and supported with suitable RSJ. Erection of internal walls to create a toilet , and Utility room with relevant pluming and back door. Rear of the extension to have 4 m folding glass doors. The roof to be Pitched to a height of 1.35 m, with 2m x 2m glass skylight. The current buildings outside appearance is Bricked the first meter then rendered, finish of extention to match this. The work would also need to include the removal of a 3m x 2m single walled lean-to currently attached to the back of the house.
