Job description:The build is approximately 5.5 * 4 metres, internal wc to be plumbed in and fitted, plans for build and kitchen have been drawn and are available on request. Extension will have a flat roof with electric domed skylight, uPVC windows and door across width of build with 2 internal doors. Plans are about to be be submitted for planning permission, but we have spoken with the planning department and no issues are forseen.
