Job description:Ground floor flat, a leak has come through from upstairs and the ceiling has collapsed (plasterboard/plastering). Will need re-boarding, plastering, making good. However, I have made a claim on buildings insurance and will need a 'Full Detailed quote' first before the insurance company approves.
