Kitchen update and changing 2 small rooms into one in St Jude

Job description:We have had a new kitchen fitted but need the walls and floor tiled, the walls made good, pipe work covered up, skirting boards replaced. In addition we want the utility room and boiler room making into a single room, i.e a wall knocking down and a doorway filling in plus leveling of the floor and electrical works. The kitchen is about 12ft * 10 ft The utility room is about 7ft * 3 ft and the boiler room 2ft * 3ft
