Investigate and repair leak in roof. (small leak caused by lack of flashing) 4). Renovate a downstairs WC. Replace W/C repair floor, tile renew sink and decorate 5). Convert a WC into a showerroom. Block up existing window, tile floor to ceiling, fit showerbase, waste, RCD and electric shower
