Job description:Following bathroom refurbishments (1 bathroom and 1 en suite) some adjustments need to be made and some repair works are required. This includes the following: 0.01 Remove ceiling in utility and expose structures underneath both showertrays and bathtub 0.02 Both Bette showertrays to be propped up with additioanl timber battens in order to stop further sagging. Beams to be doubled up where possible. 0.03 In utility: Cistern valve for WC to be replaced 0.04 Ceiling in utility to be made good, plasterboarded, plastered and skimmed 0.05 All silicone around sanitaryware, all junctions and all to be watertight junction lines to be replaced 0.06 Ceiling in living room above shelf below bathtub to be removed and bathtub plu to be replaced/ repaired 0.07 Install new shower door into en suite shower area with two hinges (door and hinges client supply) 0.08 Metal trim at threshold to be installed
