Job description:To cut and knock out external brickwork and fit three air bricks on ground floor flat with thick walls. Brick vents 200 x 200. Plastic fly proof entry vents to be added to internal walls. Also to drill 2 x 100mm holes through exterior walls, one each in kitchen and bathroom. These holes are for electrician to fit extractor fans. The fitting of the extractor fans is not part of this job.
