Job description:at the back of the house we have a kitchen diner and would like to extend this into the back garden, we thought about a conservatory but would rather have an extension. we also want to turn the downstairs utility room into a cloakroom toilet. shouldnt be too big a job as there is already water in this room as the washing machine is in here and the soil pipe is directly outside.
