Job description:We are buying a house which is a 3 bed semi. We would like to revert the downstairs to its original state, that is to separate the dining room and living room by putting up a wall, and knocking down the wall between the kitchen and the dining room. We understand that the lintel between the kitchen and the dining room is already there. Following construction of one wall and demolition of the other then plastering to tidy the area up. We would also like for a set of French doors to be installed in the dining room, probably from somewhere like Wickes. Two radiators will need to be moved, one in the kitchen, one in the dining room.
