Job description:1. Rear bedroom window to the property won't open (safety issue) 2. Check Damp Course to downstairs living area (suspect broken downspout to front) 3. Repair small hole in the wall by the front door where the door has banged into the wall and fix stopper 4. Flexible radiator pipes needs fixing onto walls 5. Electrical sockets and light switch needs back boxes and refitting 6. Check Plumbing to toilet downstairs (flushes warm water) 7. Mould in bathroom needs extractor fan 8. Kitchen door needs refitting 9. Rubbish in back yard needs taking away 10. Kitchen window needs sealed unit replacing 11. Electrical socket required on wall behind washer 12. Yard wall needs rendering and painting 13. Carpets throughout upstairs. Supply and fit with suitable product 14. Guttering above rear bedroom needs cleaning out 15. Basic Decoration throughout
