Job description:• Supply and erect scaffold • Make repairs to chimney capping • De-moss roof and make repairs as necessary • Make repairs to cast iron gutter joints, paint gutter and fascia • Replace front dormer roof covering and add drip to front with gutter and downpipe to main roof • Repair front and cheeks of dormer (subject to inspection once the scaffold is in place) • Replace leadwork around bay window roof. Replace gutter and downpipe, dig rainwater soakaway • Re-point front wall - 2 storeys Victorian terrace • Install airbrick to dining room rear wall • Rebuild kitchen roof, fit insulation between rafters. • Replace fascia boards and asbestos gutter/downpipe • Make good render around render angle bead • Patch point rear walls where necessary • Replace lead flashing at kitchen roof abutment • Replace Velux window in roof
