Job description:Two storey extension to the side and rear of existing cottage. Ground-work - including retaining wall (as specified by structural engineer). Then construction of 2 storey space including integral garage, hall, utilty room and kichen downsatirs. Bedroom with ensuite, landing, bathroom and lounge upstairs. Plus re-roofing of entire cottage at end. Plans available upon request. Permission granted etc. The work does not all have to be done by one source. For example a builder can quote for the brickwork and someone else could do the roof etc. Or you can quote for the job as a whole.
