Job description:Look at the brick work (inner layer of double skin) in the kitchen - which has crumbled due to damp, possibly needs replacing. We may be looking at renewing the damp proof course but this could be done by someone else independantly. Guttering and possible roof work to lean to extension. Plastering of walls and artex ceiling in kitchen. Fitting new iron fireplace to lounge (potential customer supplied).
