Create doorway into garage through load bearing wall in Tattenhams

Job description:I want to create a single doorway from my entrance hall into my integral garage. The wall is concreate block and I am pretty certian it is load bearing. Next door neighbours have done it, so dont anticipate there being any 'unexpected' problems. There is an additional door between house and proposed doorway, which I believe is a building regs requirement. Scope of the job to include creating the hole (obviously!), putting in standard size door frame and making good around frame. (I will sort out putting in door and redecoration etc). Please can you provide cost to include supplying frame / enginneering bricks lintle etc. Wont hold anyone to a quote untill you have had a look!!!
