Job description:the house has been a holiday home until we just bought it and want to live there full time it hasnt been maintained really too well or well ventilated. So as a long term investment we want to rip back almost completely gut and redo the walls with insulated plaster board and skim so we can decorate then ourselves. We also need a new kitchen and half a bathroom.
