Job description: To remove grass and weeds from base of house wall, dig trench to expose base of rendering, in order that the wall can be sealed below ground level, when the wall has ben sealed and painted refill the trench with new washed gravel to help the drainage. To supply and errect scaffolding to enable to clean off the joint between front porch and house, seal joint and make good patch on side of wall. Seal rendering with a coat of PVA primer adhesive, Apply a second coat of exterior sandtex wall paint, finishing with a 3rd coat of exterior wall apint, paint side of porch so it matches in with rset of wall, remove scaffolding. Possible painting of front and back of house.
