Job description:Hi there, I'm looking for a quote for a small residential refurbishment project, on the fourth (top) floor of a converted warehouse. the project involves swapping the kitchen (approx 10sqm) and bathroom (approx 6sqm) locations: both rooms will need to be fitted out, the boiler and fuse board will have to be moved/replaced, and the services adjusted, with associated external plumbing works. Two external velux windows will be swapped over in a slate mansard roof. A new floor is to be laid in the main living area and bedroom (approx 50sqm), and a bespoke piece of furniture created which will be both a series of wardrobes and a mezzanine, as well as acting as a partition to create an additional bedroom. Some local demolition required too. Drawings and schedules are available - please email me for them.
